How to add your virtual tour to RAPATTONI MLS
- Note: you must have an active account to access the MLS to make adds or changes.
The following information is based on the www.swflrealtors.com web page.

Virtual Tours
You need to do the following to place a tour on your listing.
  • Sign in.
  • In the Menu click on "Listings" and "Quick Change"
  • Type in your listing Nubmer and click "Search" (at the top)
  • Click on "Virtual Media"
  • Type (or copy and paste) the link .... ( without http:// ) and click "Save" (at the top)

    • --> Check your listing if the link is working correctly

How to add your virtual tour to the NABOR MLS
- Note: you must have an active account to access the NABOR MLS to make adds or changes.

There is a field in LIM for adding Virtual Tours:

SELECT: • Manager • Listing • Add new listing.
As you enter information into each field you will see the Virtual Tour field.
Enter the URL address in that field.

--> IMPORTANT: replace the xxxxxx with your MLS# or unique tour name

Remember that agent photos and contact information are not allowed in a virtual tour.

How to add your virtual tour to the SUNSHINE MLS
- Note: you must have an active account to access the Sunshine MLS to make adds or changes.
• Enter the Sunshine MLS system using your username and password
• Choose the MANAGER option • Select LISTINGS
• Enter the ML#  of the property and then click the SEARCH Button to find the listing
• Select the listing that you wish to edit and choose EDIT LISTINGS then click the GO button
• Click through the Edit Listing screens (CONTINUE Button) until you find STEP 7
• In the right column is an input box for: "VIRTUAL TOUR URL"
• Type (or paste) the tour location into this box

--> IMPORTANT:  replace the xxxxxx with your MLS# or unique tour name

• Click CONTINUE
The ML System will display a message "Successfully Updated" when complete
• Return to the welcome page
• Verify that your tour is now in place

How to add your virtual tour to the PARAGON MLS
- Note: you must have an active account to access the Paragon MLSto make adds or changes.
• Enter the Paragon MLS system using your username and password
• Choose LISTINGS • Select MAINTAIN LISTINGS
• Select YOUR LISTINGS • In the dopdown on the right of the line choose VIRTUAL TOUR
• Paste the tour-link, save, close and check.
