Here are some of the terms and conditions that apply to tour scheduling:

• Your Payment is due at the time when we take the pictures.
• Payment options are: check, Master Card or Visa Card. For your convenience you can provide us with your credit card number up front by phone at (239) 541-3030.
• A $10 late fee is applied to unpaid balances 7 days after the payment due date.
• Additional late fees of 3% of the invoice amount per month is applied to unpaid balances 14 days after the payment due date.
• A full 24 hours advance notice is required to cancel appointments, otherwise a cancellation fee of $35.00 may apply.
• The house needs to be ready to photograph before we arrive.
• In case the property is not ready or accessible for us to take photos a "False Service Call Charge" of $70 will be charged
• If we are able to wait for it to be finished - we bill the waiting time on hourly base $65/hour

For professional results we recommend the following:

• Lighting helps make the photos more colorful, so turn on all the lights low and open main views out curtains/blinds
• Please turn off all ceiling fans
• The pictures will look much better if you keep the garage door closed and driveway is without cars
• A boat can block the view, lower the boat for a better view of the water
• Pools look better without covers
• The house just needs to be tidy - not perfectly clean for wide-angle photography (i.e. fingerprints on the windows don't show)
• Please be prompt for your appointment
